A long time leader in the dance industry, school director Stephanie McDougall-Rud and the experienced faculty of Dance Premier provide a comprehensive education in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical & Tap along with an extensive introductory Children's Program for ages 3-6.
SUMMER 2008 UPDATE: As Dance Premier celebrates is 5th year providing excellence in dance education, we are excited to announce the grand opening of a new and improved main studio location. Construction will be during summer 2008 and will be open for business by the end of August! The brand new Dance Premier will include a large reception area with dressing room, bathroom and open lobby area with plendy of space for class viewing. Most importantly, we are adding a second level which will boast a 1650 sq. foot dance studio with high ceilings and custom dance floor, along with a separate viewing area. Other improvements include adding a larger 2nd parking area. During the construction phase, our main office will be temporarily moved to the "DPtoo" located in the Klahanie Village Shopping Center.
All summer camps and classes will take place at our DPtoo and DP3 satellite locations. Dance Premier too "DPtoo", is our location in the Klahanie Village Shopping Center, adjacent to Blockbuster Video which opened in Fall 2007. DP3 is the former Pine Lake Ballet Studio located at 26421 SE Duthie Hill Rd. (just a few doors down from our main studio). During Fall and Winter/Spring sessions, we do offer classes at The Plateau Golf Club ("PC") on East Main Drive in Sammamish. Each location boasts 1100 square foot dance spaces with Harlequin/Marly dance floors, full length mirrors and premium sound systems
Dance Premier promotes a friendly nurturing environment for all dancers and families. We strive to give each student a positive dance experience and to leave each class with a sense of accomplishment.
For those dancers ages 7-18 who wish to dedicate themselves to more serious dance training and competitive experiences, Dance Premier offers a by-audition-only performance outlet, PRODIGY.
