| How to Register Print a copy of our latest registration form. Please drop off or mail your completed form to the administrative offices located at our main studio location: 26613 SE Duthie Hill Road, Issaquah, WA 98029. (NOTE: during Summer 2008, our offices will be temporarily moved to DPtoo (Klahanie Shopping Center). DP studio administrative office hours. Please note that your child is not enrolled in our program or guaranteed a spot unless you have turned in a signed registration form and paid tuition in full. We make registration on a first-come, first-served basis. View our current class schedule. Add/Drop or Change an existing class. View our policy on class withdrawal.
